Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide career guidance to students on various educational options, including course selection, university applications, and scholarships.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills to drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities by networking within the community and leveraging existing contacts.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in B2C sales or educational sales.
- Solid inside sales skills with ability to build rapport over phone calls or video conferencing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective counseling sessions with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
