Integration Developer (Workato, Azure, Boomi)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Integration Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations using Workato, Azure, and Boomi integration platforms to streamline business process integrations across our Quote to Cash” and “Workflow Application” ecosystems. This role requires a deep understanding of integration tools and technologies, with a focus on Workato and Azure platforms, with Boomi as nice-to-have. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional technology teams to achieve project goals.

A Day in Life: As an Integration Developer, your day will start with reviewing system performance and addressing any overnight issues. You will collaborate with your lead/manager and cross-functional teams across the Armanino "Quote to Cash" and "Workflow Systems" teams to ensure systems are effectively integrated with enterprise applications and processes in the ecosystem. Your work will involve designing, developing, optimizing, deploying and maintaining integrations, along with participating in project meetings to align goals and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and Development: Design, development, and deployment of complex integration solutions using integration platforms (Workato, Azure). Build integration workflows (recipes, Logic Apps, Functions), develop custom integrations using connectors and APIs, and implement advanced data mapping and transformation logic using JSON, XML, and expressions.
- Best Practices and Optimization: Implement best practices for integration lifecycle management, monitoring, and optimizing task usage. Ensure adherence to best practices in security, scalability, and performance,



and maintain and improve existing integration solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Cooperative Integration Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with various enterprise applications such as Dynamics CRM, Workday, ServiceNow, and others. Translate technical specifications into working models, providing regular insight to ensure alignment on integration objectives and timelines.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to integrations, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations.
- Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation inclusive of integration diagrams and contributing to development and deployment guides.
- Security and Governance: Ensure secure data handling practices including encryption, data masking, and tokenization. Use Git and CI/CD tools to manage versioning and enable automated deployments. Monitor integration health through alerts, centralized logs, and dashboard metrics.
- Innovation: Drive innovation in integration and automation processes by staying updated on the latest integration platform features and evaluating new technologies or connectors to improve integration capabilities.

Role Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Technology, or relevant/equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of specific experience on systems integrations using APIs, JSON/XML data formats, Webhooks, Data integration practices.
- Minimum of 1 year of specific experience with Workato, Azure (API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions) and/or Boomi integration platforms performing noted responsibilities
- Preferred candidates would have:
- Workato Integration Certification
- Azure certifications related to integration servicesole & responsibilities
