Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead and drive the overall marketing strategy for a leading real estate organization. The role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to strengthen the brand, generate qualified leads, support sales, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
- Lead marketing campaigns for residential projects, high-rise apartments and real estate developments.
- Plan and execute ATL, BTL, Digital and Offline Marketing initiatives.
- Drive project branding, positioning, communication strategy and market visibility.
- Develop and manage lead-generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Oversee Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media, SEO/SEM, Content Marketing and Email Marketing activities.
- Manage marketing agencies, media partners, creative agencies and other external vendors.
- Plan and monitor media spends, marketing budgets and campaign ROI.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer profiling to identify market opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, CRM and Business Development teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Develop project-specific marketing strategies based on location, target audience and market dynamics.




- Monitor campaign performance through KPIs, analytics and dashboards and take corrective actions.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and communication across all marketing platforms.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team and ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Support the management in achieving sales targets, project launches and revenue objectives.

Candidate Profile

- 13-20 years of overall experience, preferably with substantial experience in the Real Estate / Property Development industry.
- Robust experience in residential real estate project marketing is preferred.
- Should have experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns and marketing budgets.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Candidates with experience in high-rise residential / apartment projects will be preferred.
