- Kushalaya is an early-stage senior home-safety and non-medical assistance service launching in Hyderabad.
- - We help older adults live more safely and independently through home-safety assessments, elder-friendly product installations, scheduled home visits, household-service coordination and transparent family updates.
- - We are looking for an energetic and empathetic Marketing & Community Outreach Executive to introduce Kushalaya to seniors, families, apartment communities and referral partners.
- - This is primarily a field-outreach and customer-acquisition role. It is not a purely digital-marketing, social-media or work-from-home position.
- - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- - • Identify and contact apartment associations, gated communities and senior citizen groups.
- • Meet apartment presidents, committee members and facility managers.
- • Build relationships with community organizations and relevant referral partners.
- • Conduct structured interviews with seniors, adult children and NRI families.
- • Explain Kushalaya’s home-safety assessments and non-medical assistance services.
- • Generate, qualify and follow up with prospective customers.
- • Schedule home-safety screenings and detailed assessments.
- • Organize senior home-safety events in apartment communities.
- • Follow up with families after assessments, reports and quotations.
- • Create basic WhatsApp messages, brochures, social-media posts and short videos.
- • Assist with Facebook, Instagram and Google marketing campaigns.
- • Record every lead, conversation and follow-up in the company CRM.
- • Collect customer feedback and consented testimonials.
- • Submit weekly reports covering leads, meetings, assessments, conversions and customer objections.
- - INITIAL 30-DAY EXPECTATIONS
- - • Complete 15 documented customer-discovery interviews.
- • Build a database of 40 apartment communities and 20 referral partners.
- • Contact at least 25 apartment associations.
- • Contact at least 15 potential referral partners.




- • Secure at least five apartment or partner meetings.
- • Secure two apartment safety-screening events.
- • Generate at least 30 qualified family leads.
- • Book 10–12 home assessments.
- • Support the completion of at least eight assessments.
- • Help secure at least three paying pilot families.
- • Maintain 100% of customer and partner interactions in the CRM.
- • Submit a final report showing the best-performing customer segment, message and marketing channel.
- - CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- - • Fresher or up to two years of experience in field marketing, business development, customer outreach, community engagement or consumer sales.
- • Strong communication and listening skills.
- • Comfortable speaking respectfully with seniors and families.
- • Fluent or professionally comfortable in Telugu and English.
- • Hindi communication is an advantage.
- • Willing to travel regularly within the assigned Hyderabad service area.
- • Comfortable making calls, meeting prospects and performing consistent follow-ups.
- • Able to use Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and basic CRM software.
- • Comfortable creating straightforward marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
- • Organized, trustworthy and capable of working independently.
- • Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
