Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Lead Generation

- Identify, target, and approach brands requiring advertising, branding, creative production, or AI-driven marketing solutions.
- Generate high-quality leads through networking, field visits, industry events, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, CMOs, brand managers, and decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline including cold leads, warm prospects, and strategic partnerships.
- Explore new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.

Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth

- Understand client business challenges and propose customized marketing and branding solutions.
- Present impactful business pitches focused on growth, brand visibility, and ROI.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and support deal closures.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through strategic sales planning.
- Drive client retention and identify upselling opportunities.

Market Strategy & Coordination

- Translate client discussions into explicit briefs for internal creative and performance marketing teams.
- Collaborate closely with creative strategists, ad filmmakers, media buyers, and marketing teams.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, consumer behavior, and emerging AI marketing innovations.
- Share market intelligence and strategic insights to support business expansion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in advertising, branding, or marketing. Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Understanding of digital ads (Meta / Google)
- Strategic, adaptable, and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownershi.
