Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end order processing, from Purchase Order (PO) to delivery and installation.
- Liaise with OEMs, distributors, vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Finance, and Warehouse teams for seamless operations.
- Track material dispatch, deliveries, installations, and customer acknowledgements.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports, order trackers, inventory records, and project status updates.
- Ensure timely follow-up with suppliers and customers to meet delivery commitments.
- Support GeM/Government tender execution and maintain all operational documentation.
- Handle customer queries related to order status, deliveries,



and operational coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and maintain proper documentation.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in IT, System Integration, Distribution, or Operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
