About the Company

Sporting Syndicate is the largest Sports Goods manufacturers and exporters in India. Based in Jalandhar, Punjab, the company was founded in 1949 and has since been driving India's Sports Goods industry.

We require Showroom /Store/Sales manager. This position is for our Retail Store based out in Basti Nau (SYNCO) Jalandhar

Prior Experience of Sports goods Store Operations will be an added advantage.

About the role:

We are looking for an individual to lead our Store Operations. The roles and responsibilities will include:

- Customer service: Ensure customers are greeted promptly and receive a high level of service. Respond to customer complaints and follow up as needed.
- Inventory management: Understand the science of specifying, ordering, and storing inventory.
- Sales: Drive sales and profitability by following up on leads, updating showroom displays, and changing stock.
- Staff management:



Coach and develop the showroom team to exceed customer expectations and sales targets.
- Administrative tasks: Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Attention to detail: Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure the showroom is well-organized

Experience:

- Retail Store Management: 2-3 years (Required)

Work Location: Basti Nau Jalandhar - In person

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
