Telecaller & Data Entry Executive
We are looking for a Telecaller & Data Entry Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to customers, handling enquiries, maintaining records, and accurately entering data into company systems.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and handle customer enquiries.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain call records.
- Enter and update data accurately in Excel/company software.
- Maintain customer databases and prepare basic reports.
- Coordinate with the team for daily tasks and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Freshers can apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
