Experience: 1015 years of relevant Financial Due Diligence experience

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director Financial Due Diligence (FDD) professional to lead and manage financial due diligence engagements in the M&A; environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Financial Due Diligence engagements.
- Evaluate historical financial performance, quality of earnings, working capital, net debt and cash flows.
- Identify key financial risks, trends and deal-related issues.
- Manage multiple M&A;/FDD assignments and ensure timely delivery.
- Lead client interactions and work closely with senior stakeholders.
- Review financial analysis, reports and deliverables prepared by the team.
- Mentor and develop team members.
- Contribute to business development, proposals and client pitches.
- Work closely with transaction, tax, valuation and other advisory teams where required.
Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of relevant FDD experience with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in M&A; / Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence.
- Qualified CA preferred.
- Candidates with CMA/ICWA/CFA/MBA (Finance) should have an additional 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience managing teams and multiple client engagements.
- Candidates from leading consulting, Big 4 and transaction advisory firms are preferred.
