Responsibilities
- Manage end to end delivery of airline digital services built on Angular versions nine to twelve Spring Boot microservices and core Java ensuring adherence to scope quality and timelines
- Coordinate hybrid working teams to maintain stable and resilient airline applications that support reservations ticketing and operational workflows
- Monitor service performance metrics and incident trends to drive continuous improvement in availability response time and customer satisfaction for airline partners
- Oversee backlog grooming sprint planning and release coordination for frontend and backend components within a microservices ecosystem supporting airline processes
- Drive root cause analysis for critical production issues in Angular and Spring Boot services and ensure permanent fixes with minimal disruption to airline operations
- Collaborate with airline domain experts to translate flight operations reservations and loyalty program needs into technical service enhancements
- Align application changes with enterprise architecture guidelines security standards and regulatory expectations relevant to airline business functions
- Coordinate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to optimize deployment pipelines logging and monitoring for cloud ready microservices supporting airline workloads
- Guide developers in applying best practices for core Java coding Angular component design and Spring Boot configurations to deliver maintainable and testable codebases
- Engage with business stakeholders to prioritize service requests defects and enhancements based on operational impact and revenue sensitivity in airline journeys
- Prepare and maintain service documentation including runbooks support models and release notes tailored to airline client needs and compliance demands
- Track and manage service level agreements and operational level agreements ensuring that airline customers experience reliable applications in line with contractual commitments
- Report service health risks and mitigation plans to management while highlighting how reliable airline platforms improve traveler trust and operational efficiency
- Coordinate day shift operations in a hybrid model ensuring transparent handoffs documentation and communication across onsite and remote team members
Qualifications
- Combine eight to ten years of experience in application development or service management with a strong focus on enterprise scale solutions
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Angular versions nine to twelve including component based design reactive forms state handling and performance optimization for complex user journeys
- Apply expert level skills in Spring Boot and microservices design including RESTful API development configuration management and resilience patterns suited for airline systems
- Utilize strong core Java skills including collections concurrency exception handling and unit testing to deliver robust backend services
- Show proven experience working in airline domain covering reservations inventory management check in departure control or loyalty programs to design relevant solutions
- Use practical knowledge of hybrid work environments and agile delivery methods to coordinate distributed teams and maintain consistent service outcomes
