- Assess current QA automation frameworks processes tools and delivery maturity
- Evaluate GenAI adoption opportunities across the testing lifecycle
- Identify gaps in automation governance scalability coverage and engineering practices
- Define a targetstate architecture and blueprint for agentic QA workflows
- Recommend tools accelerators quality agents orchestration models and governance mechanisms
- Develop a phased transformation roadmap with business outcomes success metrics and implementation priorities
- Engage with stakeholders to align on strategy architecture and execution plans
- Required Experience
- 1215 years in QA Automation Test Architecture or Quality Engineering Transformation
- Solid expertise in automation frameworks CICD AgileDevOps and enterprise QA processes
- Experience with GenAIenabled testing AIassisted development tools and agentic workflows
- Knowledge of LLMagnostic architecture and enterprise AI ecosystem integration
- Proven track record in assessmentled transformation and solution blueprinting
