Roles and Responsibilities:

- Understand Customer needs and visualize them into the product attributes

- Validate trial cars’ UX offer through ‘Market Research’

- Experience in establishing UX Strategy by analyzing competitors’ product offer & customer requirements

- Analyze Competitor Car UX development philosophy

- Organize ‘Customer Clinics’ to understand real time usage and gauge satisfaction & unmet needs

- Track innovations in products in automobiles & cross industries which can enhance the user experience

- Propose innovative ideas to enhance UX of vehicles based on feasibility & cost effectiveness

Technical Requirements:

Knowledge/Skill desired in the following areas:

- Features/Functions that will enhance UX
- Positive knowledge on Vehicle specifications

Capability in organizing Customer Clinics to capture VOC

Good Communication & Presentation skills

Good understanding of “Product Concept” to relate the UX development philosophy

Handle technical discussions with Engg. Design teams to review the feasibility of current/innovative solutions
