Job Description:

Department: Finance
Designation: Sr. Manager / AGM Head of Finance, Domestic Subsidiaries
Reporting To: Group CFO
Location: Hyderabad

Qualification & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10–20 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A;, Taxation, Costing, Pricing, Treasury and Banking.
- Mandatory experience in Biopharma / Biologics industry.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, leadership and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end finance operations for domestic subsidiaries.
- Drive financial strategy, budgeting, FP&A;, MIS and business performance.
- Oversee financial closure, audits, financial controls and governance.
- Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, banking relationships and credit facilities.
- Oversee GST, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, FEMA, SEZ and export compliances.




- Manage tax assessments, notices and litigation.
- Monitor plant finance, costing, inventory, pricing, margins and cost optimization.
- Review major customer/vendor contracts and commercial structures.
- Oversee insurance, risk management and regulatory reporting.
- Lead SAP/ERP implementation and digital finance transformation.
- Ensure compliance with FLA, APR, RODTEP and other applicable regulatory filings.
- Support strategic projects, investments, funding and business expansion decisions.

Industry Preference

Candidates with strong experience specifically in Biopharma and Biologics companies are preferred.
