About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in night shifts aligned with US business hours and should have a solid interest in US staffing and talent acquisition.

You will work closely with our US-based teams and clients to understand hiring requirements, identify qualified candidates, manage the recruitment process, and ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze job requirements received from US teams/clients.
- Source qualified candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and evaluate suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and US team
