Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager Finance
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 2–4 Years Post Qualification
ERP: SAP ECC / S4 HANA

Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Pharma

Role Summary

Seeking a qualified CA with hands-on experience in manufacturing finance, MIS, costing, banking, treasury, taxation, compliance, audits, and business finance support. The candidate should have robust analytical skills and practical SAP experience.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & MIS

- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L; and financial reports.
- Analyze sales, profitability, margins, pricing and product costing.
- Perform variance and contribution margin analysis.
- Support quarterly financial statement preparation.

Banking, Treasury & Working Capital

- Prepare stock statements and drawing power calculations.
- Monitor receivables, payables and working capital.
- Coordinate loan processing, renewals and banking compliances.
- Handle FCDL, PCFC and other treasury facilities.
- Prepare FFR and lender reporting.

Forex & Hedging

- Monitor forex exposure and hedge coverage.
- Coordinate forward/option contracts and documentation.




- Prepare UFCE and unhedged exposure reporting.

Compliance & Taxation

- Support advance tax computation and planning.
- Coordinate tax audits, GST compliances and notices.
- Ensure DPT-3, MSME and other regulatory compliances.

Audit & Financial Closing

- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual book closures.
- Coordinate statutory, tax and internal audits.
- Handle inventory valuation, provisions, reconciliations and audit certifications.

Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with banks, auditors, rating agencies and consultants.
- Provide financial information for credit ratings and lender reviews.

SAP & Process Improvement

- Handle SAP ECC/S4 HANA transactions, master data and reconciliations.
- Support ERP implementation, migration and process improvement initiatives.
