We are looking for a Content Strategist who can build and execute an organic content strategy for Bharat honey.

The objective is not paid advertising. Our focus is to build long-term organic reach through educational, informative and engaging content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and our website.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Research topics and identify content opportunities.
- Plan long-form YouTube videos and short-form Reels/Shorts.
- Convert subject-expert knowledge into compelling video concepts and scripts.
- Plan SEO-focused articles and website content.
- Repurpose one long video into Shorts, Reels, articles and social posts.
- Coordinate with videographer/editor .
- Handle YouTube titles, thumbnails concepts, descriptions and SEO.




- Publish and optimise content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and website.
- Analyse views, retention, engagement, search rankings and organic traffic.
- Build the brand as an authority in its category, rather than merely producing promotional posts.

Required Skills: Content Strategy, YouTube Strategy, SEO, Content Writing, Script Writing, Social Media, WordPress, Keyword Research, GA4/Search Console and basic understanding of video production.

Key: We are not looking primarily for a Meta/Google Ads specialist. Aim is to grow brand organically through content.
