Real Estate Telecaller

Position: Telecaller - Real Estate

Location: Hyderabad (Allwyn X Road, Kukatpally)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

* Explain real estate projects, properties, pricing, and offers to customers.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

* Follow up with interested leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.

* Schedule property visits/site visits for interested customers.

* Maintain and update customer and lead information.

* Coordinate with the sales team and hand over qualified leads.

* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements:

* Good communication skills in Telugu, & English.

* Hindi is an added advantage.

* Confident and enthusiastic personality.

* Good convincing and negotiation skills.





* Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and smartphones.

* Freshers can apply; real estate/telecalling experience is an advantage.
