Role & responsibilities:

Contact customers regarding RTO (Return to Origin) orders.

Verify customer interest in receiving the order again.

Confirm and update customer delivery address and contact details.

Resolve delivery-related issues, including:

- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailable during delivery
- Delivery attempt failures
- Delivery partner issues
- Pincode corrections or changes

Verify OTP requirements and assist customers with:

- OTP confirmation
- OTP cancellation (where applicable)

Resolve payment-related issues, including:

- COD amount clarification
- Amount mismatch
- Payment confirmation

Coordinate with India Post for re-dispatch of confirmed RTO orders.

Share delivery updates and tracking information with customers.





Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and order status.

Follow up with customers until the order is successfully delivered or closed.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 0 to 1 years of experience in E-commerce Customer Support, Logistics Coordination, Delivery Operations, or NDR/RTO Management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Freshdesk, Zoho) or e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Unicommerce, or similar).
