We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer Lead with 810 years of hands-on experience in Pega application development, design, and implementation. The candidate should have solid technical expertise in Pega and proven experience leading development activities in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions.
- Develop and customize Pega workflows, case management, rules, integrations, and UI components.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Pega developers.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support production deployments.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders.




- Participate in solution design, estimation, and technical discussions.

Required Skills

- 8–10 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on Pega experience.
- Strong experience in Pega development and implementation.
- CSSA certification is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Pega Case Management, workflows, rules, and integrations.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise application integration.
- Strong understanding of Pega best practices and application design.
- Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring and guiding development teams.
