We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Process in Hyderabad. Candidates with experience in International Customer Support or Technical Support Voice Process are encouraged to apply.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in:

- International Customer Support Voice Process, or
- Technical Support Voice Process

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong English communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and customer-focused environment
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Compensation

- Maximum CTC: 6 LPA
- Up to 30% hike, depending on the candidate's last drawn CTC, experience,



and interview performance

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Troubleshoot customer issues where required
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Meet process-specific quality and performance targets
- Document customer interactions accurately
