Key Responsibilities

- Conduct career guidance and awareness sessions for students to 9th & 10th grade
- Counsel students on career options, higher education opportunities, and skill development pathways
- Help students identify their interests, strengths, and future career goals
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions, workshops, and one-on-one counselling sessions
- Coordinate with school management and stakeholders for session planning
- Prepare reports, student records, and session documentation
- Use presentations, MS Office tools, and digital resources during sessions
- Travel to different locations for conducting career guidance programs and student engagement activities

Eligibility Criteria





- Bachelors Degree in any discipline (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
- Prior experience in counselling, teaching, training, or student engagement is preferred
- Positive communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages preferred
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities
- Candidate should be flexible and willing to travel extensively

Mandatory Requirements

- Traveling is mandatory for this role
- Candidate must own a laptop
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory
