Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding claims and accounts receivable issues.
- Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement in claims processing and denial management.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for reducing denial rates through education, training, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and feedback.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in US Healthcare BPO/RCM industry.
- Solid knowledge of claims processing, denial management, and AR calling processes.
- Proven track record in improving productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics.
