Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Federal Proposal Lead to manage and drive the end-to-end federal proposal lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. Federal RFP processes, proposal compliance, and strategic proposal development. This individual will play a key role in improving proposal quality, ensuring submission readiness, and increasing win rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and management of federal proposals from RFP release through submission.

Analyze solicitations and develop compliance matrices, proposal outlines, and schedules.

Coordinate proposal reviews, color team reviews, and submission readiness activities.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners, and subject matter experts.

Ensure proposal compliance with federal requirements and evaluation criteria.

Manage proposal timelines, risks, and deliverables.

Support teaming and partnership activities for strategic pursuits.





Maintain proposal repositories, templates, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

4 6 years of experience in federal proposal management.

Strong knowledge of U.S. Federal procurement processes and FAR-based solicitations.

Experience creating compliance matrices, proposal plans, and review schedules.

Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting IT, cloud, cybersecurity, or qualified services proposals.

Familiarity with government contracting vehicles and teaming arrangements.
