Role Objective

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter with strong exposure to hiring technical professionals for Industrial Automation, PLC, SCADA, Instrumentation, Electrical and Control Systems roles.

The ideal candidate should have approximately 6 years of recruitment experience, with proven capability in sourcing and closing niche engineering positions using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Industrial Automation and Engineering positions.
• Source candidates for PLC Programmer, PLC Engineer, SCADA Engineer, Automation Engineer, Commissioning Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Instrumentation Engineer, Control System Engineer and Project Engineer positions.
• Understand technical requirements involving PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, VFD, Servo, Drives, Instrumentation and Industrial Communication.
• Source candidates with exposure to Siemens, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, ABB and Delta automation platforms.
• Perform Boolean searches and database mining through Naukri Recruiter and other job portals.
• Conduct initial screening covering technical experience, project exposure, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period and location preference.
• Coordinate L1/L2/technical interviews with Engineering Managers and Department Heads.




• Maintain daily recruitment trackers, interview status and candidate pipeline.
• Follow up with selected candidates through offer, notice period and joining.
• Develop talent pools for recurring PLC/SCADA/Automation requirements.
• Support employee referral campaigns and recruitment drives.
• Work against defined recruitment TAT and closure deadlines.

Required Candidate Profile

- 57 years of recruitment experience, preferably around 6 years.
• Strong experience recruiting for Engineering / Industrial Automation / Electrical / Instrumentation positions.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Recruiter / Resdex and Boolean searches.
• Valuable understanding of PLC, SCADA and Automation engineering terminology.
• Ability to distinguish between PLC programming, commissioning, maintenance and project engineering profiles.
• Strong candidate screening, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Experience working with Automation OEMs, system integrators, EPC companies, engineering firms or manufacturing organizations will be preferred.
