- 2-4 years of experience in Retail / Fashion / Sportswear preferred.
- Experience as a Sales Supervisor / Senior Sales Executive / Team Leader preferred.
- Strong communication, customer-handling and team-management skills.
- Target-oriented with a solid focus on sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the sales team on the shop floor.
- Drive daily sales and achieve store targets.
- Guide the team on customer handling and product knowledge.
- Monitor team performance and sales KPIs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and store experience.
- Support stock management and inventory activities.
- Maintain visual merchandising and PUMA store standards.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
