We are looking for a Manual Test Engineer who will thoroughly inspect our products before they are launched.

As a Test Engineer in our company, you will work closely with the production team to understand why we are building a product and what the specific requirements are. Then, you will run a series of tests through all stages of production to identify potential malfunctions and recommend improvements.

Ultimately, youll ensure our final products meet our safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Gather product requirements (e.g., functionalities, safety standards, protocols)
- Monitor all production stages to ensure safety procedures are followed
- Run quality controls on components and final products
- Develop test environments and test cases for the products and PCBA
- Analyze test results, detect issues and track root causes
- Record pass and fail results of tested products.
- Suggest fixes and improvements




- Assist developers recreate bugs.
- Document technical issues and solutions
- Build automated testing systems for regular checks
- Ensure our products and procedures meet industry standards

Explain and demonstrate testing procedures to other team members.

Preferred candidate profile

• Understanding of PCBs and schematics
• Experience testing complex PCBs with analog and digital components
• Knowledge of digital oscilloscope operation, multimeter and other equipments which used for testing.
• Soldering skills are desirable
• Working to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy
• Must be reliable, conscientious and hardworking
• Ability to work as part of a team
