Administer and manage Dynatrace AdminUser and Splunk platforms for enterprise monitoring

Implement and enhance Application Performance Monitoring APM strategies across applications and infrastructure

Design and maintain monitoring dashboards s and observability frameworks

Configure and optimize s thresholds and anomaly detection mechanisms

Utilize Dynatrace APIs for integration automation and custom monitoring use cases

Perform deployment and instrumentation of applications for endtoend monitoring visibility

Develop automation scripts ShellPython for monitoring and operational tasks

Analyze metrics logs and traces to perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis RCA

Generate reports KPIs and performance metrics for stakeholders and leadership

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve system performance and reliability

Support incident response and problem management aligned with ITIL practices
