- 3-10 years of skilled software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring framework (Boot, Cloud, JPA)
- Experience working within microservices-based architectures
- RESTful API development
- Relational database experience using Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Proficiency in Angular or React for UI development
- Proven experience building consumer-grade web applications with HTML5/CSS
- Git version control
- Track record delivering customer-facing applications and supporting production systems
- Familiarity with AWS services EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, or Lambda in a development context
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently with guidance from senior team members
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
- Experience writing unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Thrives in agile environmen
