Job Responsibilities

- Promote Pureit & AO Smith products inside the assigned retail store.
- Explain product features, benefits, and specifications to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Assist customers throughout the purchase process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with store staff and the sales team.
- Maintain daily sales/activity reports.

Eligibility

- Any qualification.
- 6 months to 4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in Home Appliances, Large Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, Water Purifiers, Geysers, Consumer Durables, or Retail Sales preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.




- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: Up to 25,000 per month.
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives.
- Benefits: ESI + PF + Health Insurance.
