Job Summary

Coforge is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Payments domain expertise to work on banking and financial services projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of payment processing, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
- Perform gap analysis and impact assessment for business changes.
- Ensure successful delivery of payment-related initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

- Solid experience as a Business Analyst in Payments domain.
