Job Title: Xactimate CAD Sketch / Design Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates for the role of Xactimate CAD Sketch / Design Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate roof and property sketches for insurance claims and restoration projects using Xactimate and satellite imagery tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Create residential and commercial roof sketches in Xactimate

Prepare ESX files, roof diagrams, Wall Reports, Applicad - XML and measurements. Analyze satellite imagery using Google Earth, Bing Maps, and related tools

Identify roof types, slopes, eaves, ridges, valleys, and extensions

Ensure accurate dimensions and square footage calculations





Perform revisions while maintaining quality standards

Meet daily productivity and project deadlines

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of CAD/Xactimate is an advantage

Good analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Basic computer and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Training & Compensation:

Freshers will undergo 3 - 6 months of training with stipend.

Salary increment will be based on individual performance after successful completion of the training period
