Job Summary

We are actively seeking a Change Manager, Managed Services. This role is based in India.

The Change Manager plays a crucial role in driving changes. This position includes implementing and performing changes with a strategy that combines purpose, precision, and minimal risk. Change managers are the stewards of business change, ensuring that the transformation process is balanced with the stability of the organizations IT systems, providing a sense of security to all stakeholders.

The Change Manager ensures that customer initiatives and projects align with the objectives within the deadline and budget by allocated for each change. They also focus on the changes on the side of the people, including supporting, preparing and equipping people to grasp and use changes to business systems and technology, processes, job roles and more.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full change management process across all Oracle EBS modules like Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, HCM and others
- Assess the technical and functional changes required for EBS modules, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with functional teams and developers to execute changes to configurations, customizations, and data.
- Manage and coordinate data fixes and bug resolutions across EBS, ensuring data integrity.
- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to secure approval for EBS related changes.
- Communicate change plans, timelines, and status updates to mid management, senior leadership, and external customers.
- Ensure all changes align with EBS best practices, compliance, and governance standards.
- Provide post implementation reviews to measure the success of EBS changes and improvements.
- Maintain documentation of all EBS change procedures and provide necessary training to teams.
- Drive continuous improvement across all EBS modules by identifying areas for optimization and efficiency
- Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal).




- Coach and conduct trainings to Junior resources as and when required.

Education

- A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Nice to have: Certifications: Professional credentials such as the Certified Change Management Skilled (CCMP) or Prosci Change Management Certification . Certifications in ITIL or PMP (Project Management Professional) are also highly valued in the managed services space.

Experience & Skills

Managed Services & IT Background: 5 to 8+ years of professional experience, with specific exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM), Managed Services, or IT outsourcing. Change Management Expertise: At least 3 to 5 years of dedicated organizational change management (OCM) experience, specifically in designing and leading Framework Fluency: Practical, hands-on experience applying established change management methodologies, such as Prosci or ITIL .

- A strong understanding of the process through which people experience a change and the change process.
- Experience with the knowledge of change management, tools, methodologies, and principles.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Active listening skills.
- Must be able to articulate messages clearly to multiple audiences.
