Designation: Vice President - Operations (Global Fund Services)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our Operations team as VP - Operations (Global Fund Services). This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across Global Fund Services (GFS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), and other investment fund structures, while driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of Global Fund Services (GFS) and investment fund structures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, operational controls, and industry best practices.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, fund managers, custodians, administrators, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks to ensure seamless fund operations and regulatory compliance.
- Support the setup, launch, and operationalization of global fund structures in India.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency across fund operations.
- Ensure high-quality investor servicing, governance, and reporting standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and robust operating models.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in Fund Operations, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Investor Services,



Alternative Investments, or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of Global Fund Services (GFS), Fund Administration, and Alternative Investment Fund operations.
- Proven experience in managing fund operations, operational controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and external partners.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams and complex operational environments.
- Experience working within a regulated financial services workplace.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Transfer Agency (RTA) Operations and Investor Services.
- Hands-on experience in Investor Onboarding, AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS, Subscriptions, Redemptions, Capital Calls, Distributions, Transfers, and Investor Reporting.
- Experience with Alternative Investments, Private Equity Funds, Hedge Funds, and global fund structures.
- Exposure to setting up and operationalizing global funds in India.
- Experience working with fund administrators, custodians, transfer agents, and other service providers within the investment ecosystem.
