Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with SAP S/4HANA expertise to support business process transformation, implementation, enhancement, and support activities. The ideal candidate should possess robust knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, SAP SD configuration, and integration with other SAP modules within an S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Sales and Distribution processes.
- Configure and customize SAP SD functionalities in SAP S/4HANA.
- Work on end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including:
- Sales Order Management
- Pricing & Discounts
- Credit Management
- Shipping & Delivery Processing
- Billing & Invoicing
- Returns Management

- Perform business process gap analysis and provide suitable SAP solutions.
- Manage integration with SAP MM, FI, WM/EWM, TM, and PP modules.
- Support data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.




- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Conduct UAT, prepare documentation, and provide end-user training.
- Provide production support and resolve critical business issues.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, or migrations.
- Expertise in:

- Schedule Line Categories
- Copy Controls
- Pricing Procedure Configuration
- Output Management
- Partner Determination
- Route & Shipping Determination
- Account Determination
- ATP (Available-to-Promise)
- Credit Management

- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to SD.
- Experience in integration with SAP MM, FI, and EWM.
- Understanding of IDocs, Interfaces, and API integrations.
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SAP SD S/4HANA Greenfield or Brownfield implementations.
- SAP SD Certification and/or S/4HANA certification.
- Knowledge of SAP CPI integration.
- Exposure to EDI, Ariba, GTS, and Transportation Management (TM).
