Job Title: HR Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English, and the ability to identify and attract top talent while ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Sourcing and Recruitment Execution
- Identify and source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process to meet hiring targets
- Candidate Relationship Management
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates
- Communicate clearly with candidates regarding job roles and company expectations
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Follow up with candidates regularly and address their queries
- Onboarding Documentation




- Prepare offer letters and explain compensation details
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding process
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Ensure smooth induction for new hires
- Reporting HR Coordination
- Maintain recruitment data and candidate records in CRM/HRMS
- Track hiring metrics and provide regular updates to management
- Collaborate with internal teams for manpower planning
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies

Qualifications

- Any Graduate (HR preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR
