Role & responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, digital marketing, referrals, and channel partners.
- Handle customer enquiries, understand requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings.
- Negotiate with customers and support the closing process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Should be Presentable & confident.
- Enough experience in real estate sales, preferably residential / high-rise projects.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of property sales, site visits, and lead conversion.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing abilities.
- Comfortable using of basic MS Office tools.
