- Manage end-to-end accounts and finance operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper financial controls.
- Take ownership of receivables and collections, including ageing analysis, payment follow-ups, overdue tracking, and escalation of delayed payments.
- Coordinate with Sales and Sales Coordination teams to resolve customer payment issues and improve collection efficiency.
- Lead the annual and quarterly budgeting process, including department-wise budget preparation and monitoring of actual performance against budgets.
- Review budget variances and provide monthly financial updates and insights to the Managing Directors.
- Ensure timely completion of GST, TDS, ROC, and other statutory compliances in line with applicable requirements.
- Supervise the Accounts team in day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, account reconciliation, and maintenance of accurate financial records.
- Prepare and present monthly financial MIS reports covering cash flow, receivables ageing, and budget-versus-actual performance.




- Coordinate with SCM to assess the working-capital implications of inventory and stock-related decisions.
- Monitor financial processes and identify opportunities to improve collection cycles, reporting accuracy, and compliance controls.
- Provide relevant financial data and analysis to support management decision-making and business planning.
- Ensure effective coordination between Finance, Sales, Sales Coordination, and SCM for smooth financial operations.
