Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance.
8+ years full cycle of accounting/GL process experience
Balance sheet reconciliation, fixed assets, sales tax experience
Experience with SAP, Vision and/or Sage Fixed Assets preferred.

8+ years of full-cycle US GL experience (minimum 10 years overall).
Proven expertise in month-end reconciliation, accruals, and US payroll.
Advanced Excel skills including PowerPivot, Power Query, lookups, and pivots.
Solid communication and time-management abilities.
Self-directed with capability to prioritize multiple tasks and drive issues to closure.
Experience with SAP (or Vision/Sage Fixed Assets) and QuickBooks.

Execute full-cycle US accounting, including month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial statements, balance-sheet schedules, and US payroll reports.
Manage fixed-asset accounting, depreciation, and sales-tax compliance.
Perform large-scale data analysis across multiple sources and recommend corrective actions.
Drive end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) activities and ensure timely delivery of reports.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and close gaps.
