About the Role

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developers with strong hands-on implementation experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD). The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring, customising, and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and project teams to deliver scalable and efficient employee service experiences.

Preferred Skills: Legal Service Delivery (LSD), Source-to-Pay (S2P)

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow HRSD Implementation

- Participate in end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Configure and customise HRSD applications based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain HR case management, employee service centre, lifecycle events, document management, and knowledge management solutions.
- Support HRSD projects through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities.

Development & Customisation

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using scripting, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Flow Designer, and workflows.
- Create and enhance forms, catalogs, record producers, service portals, and employee-facing experiences.
- Develop custom solutions while adhering to ServiceNow development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.

Integrations

- Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and HR systems.
- Ensure reliable and secure data exchange between ServiceNow and external applications.
- Assist in integration testing and deployment activities.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closely with business analysts, HR stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.




- Translate business requirements into technical configurations and development tasks.
- Participate in client workshops, demonstrations, and solution discussions.

Platform Maintenance & Enhancement

- Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and platform optimization efforts.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and deployment artifacts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform development and customization.
- Experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration approaches.
- Understanding of ServiceNow data model, security, access controls, and platform best practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.

- Experience in integrations, data/ PII migrations and customization (Good to Have)
- Experience with Legal Service Delivery (LSD) (Good to Have)
- Experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) modules (Good to Have)
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments (Positive to Have)
