Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets for Home Loans, Housing Loans, and Mortgage Loans.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth.
- Build robust relationships with channel partners (Builders, brokers, CP) to drive business opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-12 years of experience in BFSI industry, preferably in home loans or related fields like housing loan or mortgage loans.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
