## Role Summary

We are looking for a agile and target-driven **Business Development Executive (BDE)** with 3–5 years of experience in the **Non-IT Staffing and Recruitment Industry**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, revenue generation, and expanding staffing services across various industry sectors.

## Key Responsibilities

* Identify and acquire new clients for Non-IT staffing services through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Teams, Procurement Departments, and Business Leaders.

* Generate staffing requirements and convert prospects into long-term business partnerships.

* Present staffing solutions, proposals, commercials, and service offerings to prospective clients.

* Negotiate contracts, pricing, service agreements, and close business deals.

* Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.

* Manage end-to-end client engagement, including onboarding, requirement gathering, service delivery, and account management.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

* Maintain accurate sales pipelines, MIS reports, client records, and revenue forecasts.

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.





## Required Skills & Competencies

* 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development within the Non-IT Staffing/Recruitment industry.

* Strong understanding of Contract Staffing, Permanent Staffing, Bulk Hiring, RPO, and Recruitment Services.

* Demonstrated experience in client acquisition, account management, and revenue generation.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong networking, lead generation, and relationship-building capabilities.

* Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment.

* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business reporting.
