Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools such as Clarizen to ensure efficient software development processes.
- Configure and maintain ALM environments, including setting up workflows, templates, and reporting dashboards.
- Lead migrations from legacy systems to modernize IT infrastructure using ALM tools like Clarizen.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes using ALM best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) administration or related field.
- Solid understanding of configuration options in ALM tools such as Clarizen.
- Experience with migration projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex data transfers.
- Proven ability to lead projects independently with minimal supervision.
