Position: Senior Workday Payroll Support Consultant
Experience: 6–10+ Years
Location: Bangalore | Hyderabad | Noida
Work Mode: Work from Office – 5 Days a Week
Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
Joining: Immediate to Short Notice Period
Interviews: 2 Rounds

Must-Have Skills

Workday Payroll Certification – Mandatory
4+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll Support experience
L2/L3 Workday Payroll support
Payroll processing, configuration & administration
Payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, taxes & garnishments
Retro & off-cycle payroll processing
Payroll reconciliation, balancing & auditing
Payroll integrations & troubleshooting
Workday Reporting, Dashboards & Audit Controls
Payroll Security & Business Processes
Workday bi-annual release assessment & testing
Unit Testing, SIT & UAT




Workday Prism Analytics & People Analytics
Global / multi-country payroll experience
Knowledge of payroll tax & statutory requirements

Key Responsibilities

Resolve payroll processing issues, calculation discrepancies and integration failures
Perform RCA and implement corrective/preventive solutions
Support payroll period-end, reconciliation and sign-off activities
Configure and maintain payroll elements, earning/deduction codes and costing
Support Workday integrations with Time & Attendance, Advantages, Finance/ERP, Banking and Tax systems
Develop payroll reports and compliance/audit reports
Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, Benefits and IT teams
Support audits, legislative changes, system upgrades and production deployments
