Role: Client Relationship Officer
Experience: 0–2.5 years
Location: Hyderabad (In office - Work From Office)
Shift timing: Night (U.S. business hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with U.S. clients via phone and email
- Collect tax documents and explain the filing process
- Coordinate with internal Tax Preparation and Payment teams
- Maintain client records and ensure timely query resolution
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of accounting/taxation (Will be an advantage)
