Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide career guidance to students on various education options, including course selection, university applications, and scholarships.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills to drive sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities by networking within the community and leveraging existing contacts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress notes, and follow-up actions.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in b2c sales or educational sales.
- Strong inside sales skills with ability to build rapport over phone calls or video conferencing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective counseling sessions with clients.
- Ability to work independently from home office setting.
