Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage technical delivery teams to ensure successful project execution, meeting customer expectations and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, optimize processes, and improve overall efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the entire lifecycle of projects.

Job Requirements :

- 12-18 years of experience in Software Development or related field as a Technical Delivery Manager.
- Solid understanding of AWS cloud platform architecture and its applications in software development.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to delivery using Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
