Branch Head

Role Purpose

Responsible for overall branch business growth, revenue, admissions, team performance, operations, and student/parent experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Business & Revenue: Own revenue, admissions, enrolment, profitability, and branch targets.
- Sales & Admissions: Manage leads, walk-ins, counselling, conversions, follow-ups, and fee collections.
- Team Management: Lead Sales & Operations teams; set KRAs, review performance, coach, motivate, and support hiring.
- Operations: Ensure smooth branch functioning, SOP compliance, reporting, manpower, and infrastructure.
- Student/Parent Experience: Handle escalations, feedback, and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Performance & Reporting: Track daily/weekly KPIs, identify gaps, and take corrective actions.
- Compliance:



Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, documentation, audits, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 8- 14+ years relevant experience, preferably with branch/business-unit and team management.
- Education/training industry experience is an advantage.
