About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Specialist to manage and support our procurement technology environment. The role will bridge the gap between Procurement and IT, ensuring that SAP Ariba processes, workflows, integrations and user operations run efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing, P2P, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), and Contract Management, along with a good understanding of procurement processes and SAP ERP integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and configure SAP Ariba Sourcing, P2P, SLP and Contract Management modules.

- Manage user roles, permissions, approval workflows and system settings.

- Support end-to-end procurement processes including requisitions, Purchase Orders, GRN and invoice reconciliation.

- Manage RFx events, e-auctions and bid evaluations through SAP Ariba. - Maintain supplier master data and support supplier onboarding through Ariba Network.

- Coordinate SAP Ariba integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.

- Support system enhancements, upgrades, regression testing and production issue resolution.

- Manage contract creation, execution, renewals and compliance tracking.

- Support 3-way matching, spend visibility, reporting and exception management.

- Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal,



IT and external implementation partners.

- Provide training and functional support to Ariba users.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the SAP Ariba roadmap.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 36 years of hands-on SAP Ariba experience in a live business/IT environment.

- Strong experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing, P2P, SLP and Contract Management.

- Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement fundamentals.

- Experience or strong working knowledge of SAP Ariba integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.

- Experience supporting SAP Ariba implementations, upgrades, enhancements or module rollouts.

- Good knowledge of supplier management, contract governance and procurement workflows.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement MIS/reporting.

- Robust troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP Ariba Certification.

- Exposure to ITIL, change management or IT service delivery.

- Experience with Ariba Network supplier onboarding.

- Exposure to SOX controls, procurement audits or process governance
