Immediate Requirement for Continuous Support Project Including Weekend Coverage

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our team for a 24x7 application support project.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, maintain, and support Java based applications on a 24x7 basis, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Respond promptly to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to restore services efficiently.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, deployments, and upgrades, including support activities during weekends.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve technical challenges and improve system performance.
- Document incidents, resolutions,



and preventive actions for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Hands on experience in Java development and application support.
- Robust problem solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and provide weekend support as per project requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Skills

- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
- Knowledge of SQL, Linux/Unix environments, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
