Position description: To consistently achieve QD targets on a hourly b asis in the respective zone /bay and assure protected opera tions.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Conduct Sunrise meeting to the workmen.
- Deploy workmen as per skill matrix and organize resources
- Audit improve 2S, JH, unsafe act and conditions.
- Ensure the availability of raw materials as per plan.
- Conduct hourly PDCA on quality delivery performance.
- Conduct audit on daily basis to verify operations being carried out in the respective zone as per TMOS.
- Initiate corrective actions for next customer defects and internal defects.Costomer complaint handling (external)
- Initiate actions on non-conforming parts / products.
- Respond to workmen issues.
- Review workmen on quality delivery performance measures,attendance and efficiency.




- Provide on job training to workmen and co-ordinate for certification.
- Facilitate QCC projects and recommend for suggestions.
- Motivate and support workmen to implement suggestions.

Educational qualifications preferred

- Category: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma
